Home Restoration Service has recently expanded its’ business offering to include new commercial construction or remodeling. To do this, we added several individuals with necessary skill sets that are demanded in this area of construction.
This has brought us over 36 years of hands on experience in the area of commercial and residential building and construction, specializing in the construction of small free standing office buildings as well as the construction of guest houses built over lake front boat docks.
Our contractors have an excellent ability to communicate with people whether a subcontractor, an inspector, banker or owner in order to complete a project. In addition, they are a natural at coordinating the trades so they don’t step on each other while creating schedules we can keep, and monitoring costs to stay within budget.
These lead contractors have personally done almost every aspect of building, and are capable of taking a project from initial planning and design through the scheduling and passing of all inspections.
They possess the ability to interact with the customer whether a home owner or a professional, to handle changes to orders, time frames, or choices on finish work; or handle any problem they may be having during the various stages of the building.
